Spokesmen T Shirt – Limited Edition

If you didn’t already know, I’ve been designing a clothing line for Buffalo Rising. We offer a slue of Buffalo related clothing in the Buffalo Rising online store. Weather it be the Queen City style or a retro throwback you’re sure to love every one. Our newest run is the Limited Edition Spokesmen shirt. The design was inspired by the vests worn by motorcycle clubs. The twist is that it’s aimed at bicyclists. With a growing population of peddlers here in Buffalo, I thought I’d created a lightweight, durable t-shirt that represents this mode of transportation. The design includes the top and bottom “rockers” stating the name of the club (top) and the area it rides (bottom). There are other design assets like “CC” standing for Cycling Club and 100% F.E. (fuel efficient). This is a play off of outlaw motorcycle clubs which represent a “1%” patch. For them this patch represents living outside of the 99% of society that follows the law. Although our shirt may be little more light-hearted than the leather vest it is by no way an insult to their lifestyle. It is a tribute to the riders who have the will to create their own path. Printed on American Apparel tri-blend grey, this shirt is perfect for riding around. It’s going to be your next favorite.

Scrapbook

I’ve been quite busy on a few different projects. Updating old sites, creating new ones, etc. However, one of the things I do on a daily basis is collect images that inspire or interest me over the course of the day. It’s really easy to do and it’s great to have. I’ll look through when I’m feeling uninspired or study the designs as an exercise. I call it my “scrap book” even though it’s just a file on my desktop. I’ve found it to be a very helpful tool. I’ve posted a few of the snippets that are inside that folder. I hope they interest you as they did me. Enjoy.
